I’m Christopher Payne, Business & People Strategist, Fractional CHRO, and Founder of Elevate Beyond. A deep generalist with two decades at the intersection of business strategy and people leadership, I've scaled companies to $84M revenue and rebuilt HR operations for 700+ employees.
